Halloween Costumes

Hi! Guess what… this is my 150th post! Yay! πŸ˜€

So, back in October I made my dolls some Halloween costumes but never posted them. Oh well. Better late than never. So, here they are. πŸ™‚

Group shot!

They are a fairy, a princess, a pirate, a detective, and a lion.Β The dogs dressed up too!

Ginny is so cute, I can hardly stand it. Her fairy costume is from the “Butterflies” doll line they sell at Cracker Barrel.

Ava is a regal princess. Her crown is from Walmart, shirt from AG, skirt made by me, and shoes from Sophia’s.

This one’s for you, JaclynnΒ andΒ Emma!Β πŸ˜‰ Surjan is a pirate! I made her shirt, eye patch, and sword and already had the pants.

Mary Lynn makes a great detective. I made her shirt, and the pants, shoes, and hat isΒ from AG. I had the magnifying glass.

Here’s my favorite costume: Ivy as a lion! I made this whole getup, from the mane to the tail. πŸ˜€ She is so cute!

Here is the adorable Chloe as a hot dog, I sewed this one too. It was super easy!

What are your thoughts on my doll’s costumes? What were you/your dolls for Halloween?

  1. The photos are adorable. I absolutely love the princess and pirate outfit. My dolls went as a doctor & patient and Scully from a tv show.(only 3 of the dolls dressed up) πŸ™‚ I love your costumes.

      1. It was very fun to put together! I wore a jean jacket and buttoned it up in the front, tied a bandana around my neck and wore a cowgirl hat that had been sitting in my closet for months. πŸ™‚
        Did you dress up?

          1. πŸ˜€ Thanks—I’m sure you did too! πŸ˜‰
The Cat in the Hat is a great costume idea–I never saw that one before. But in my neighborhood, there were a few girls trick-or-treating dressed up as Thing One and Thing Two. πŸ˜‰
