Hello, hello, hello! How are you all doing today? I decided it was about time for another “random post.” 😉 Here goes….
Random Topic #1:
A while ago, we went to a used bookstore. It smelled amazing and I found some great books!
The books I found:
Ginger Pye by Eleanor Estes
Princess Academy by Shannon Hale
Pinky Pye by Eleanor Estes
How To Train Your Dragon by Cressida Cowell
The Mystery Of Edwin Drood by Charles Dickens
Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator by Roald Dahl
Did I mention that I love bookstores? 😉
Random Topic #2:
I decided to set up Sophie, my mini Disney Animators doll like she’s doing a photoshoot of her dolls. 😛 Here’s how it turned out:
Isn’t she adorable? The tiny camera is from Lego. 🙂
Random Topic #3:
I did a photoshoot of Ava, but only a few of the pictures turned out well…
I tried to use some unique angles in these photos. How do you think I did? 🙂
Hairstyle: Done by me
Earrings: Our Generation
Dress: Made by me
Shoes: American Girl
Random Topic #4:
Grace @ Girls Writing For God’s Glory (the collab blog I’m in) did a super cool writing challenge called Write This! I participated in it, and this is what I wrote:
A young girl stands quietly in a grassy field, small flowers peeking up around her feet. She wears a dark blue dress, and her wavy hair is held in place with a red ribbon. Soft rays of sunlight dance in the evening air, making her body seem to glow with a radiant light.
The girl holds a faded book close to her face, and her face holds a look of fascination as her dark eyes absorb the enchanting story hidden in the crumbling pages. Though she stands with her feet rooted firmly in the flower, she is far, far away, in a land all her own.
This was based off how I feel when I read a good book. 🙂 What are your thoughts?
I guess that about sums up this (very random) post! 😀 Thank you for reading, and have a great day!
P.S: Only 5 days until Easter! YAY!
