*this is a scheduled post*
I’ve completed the last craft for my week of Camp Dolliwatha- it’s been lots of fun, and I can’t wait for next year!
This is probably the easiest craft out of any I’ve done. 🙂

Ms.AGdoll let me borrow another doll, this time it’s Sadie Elizabeth. She looks just like Sophie Foster, don’t you think? 😀
You will need:
Before we start, let me make it clear what knit fabric is. 🙂 If you’re wearing a t-shirt, take it in your hands and feel how stretchy it is- that’s knit. Knit fabric won’t fray, which is important for this tutorial, since it’s no-sew.
Let’s make it!
Cut a 9″ x 13″ rectangle of knit fabric.
Cut a shallow semi-circle shape out of one of the short ends. Take the two pieces I marked in the photo above, and stretch them tightly to make the ties.
Now put it on your doll- simply take the two long pieces and tie them around her neck. If you’d like, add a pin for a finishing touch. 🙂
Here’s what the cape looks like from the back, in case you wondered. 😀
If you made this craft, email Loren up to three pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org. She’ll include your photo(s) in the weekly Camp Dolliwatha recap post on Saturday!
May your weekend be filled with many quiet naps, thick books, and unicorns. 😉
