*waves* Welcome back, and happy April!
I know I’ve been posting a lot of photography lately – I decided to try something new and break my photography up into smaller sections instead of putting it all into one big “recent photography” post. 🙂 Today I’ll be sharing some photos of the vibrant spring foliage along with two of my poems. I hope you enjoy this virtual peek into spring!
Look at how vibrantly green everything is! ❤ These are fig leaves – I love how symmetrical they are.
Let us all take a moment to appreciate this adorably tiny leaf. *takes a moment*
I shall now interrupt this program to share a poem. I actually got this published in a local college magazine (the same one that published my short story last year)! 😀 I don’t know much about different poetry styles, so I’m not sure what to call this, but it isn’t the rhyming kind. *shrug* Anyway, enjoy!
I made this poem into an image because I didn’t like how it looked in the default WordPress font. XD I hope that was somewhat interesting! Now we shall return to green-ness.
Okay, now for the other poem! I wrote this one yesterday. 🙂
I had a lot of fun playing around with light in these photos! This last one is probably my favorite. 🙂
I hope you enjoyed my poetry and photography – I definitely enjoyed capturing the beautiful greenery! I’m so glad that spring is here to stay. 😀
